Application Process
Arrival & Ticket Collection
Arrive at Hohenschwangau village, the base for visiting the castle. Collect pre-booked tickets or purchase on-site (long queues possible).
Shuttle or Hike to the Castle
Take a shuttle bus (€3) or a 30-minute uphill walk to reach the castle entrance. The hike offers scenic views.
Guided Castle Tour
Join a 30-minute guided tour (included in ticket) exploring the Throne Room, King’s Bedroom, and Singers’ Hall.
